Tracey Hopper has over 25 years expertise in the area of database and direct marketing. Tracey has years of experience with Sprint Integrated Marketing Services selling marketing research, database marketing and direct marketing campaign solutions. Tracey held director level marketing and customer care positions in the wireless division of Sprint PCS.
While at Sprint, Tracey directed development of a database driven contact center solution, driving over $250M in revenue in three years.
In 2003, she joined Convergys as a Senior Director in the Knowledge Management Services division of the Customer Management Group, developing research and database solutions to improve operational performance while maintaining or increasing customer satisfaction for Fortune 500 clients.
